The Mother Lode Land Trust started off as the Amador County Land Trust in 1991. MLLT has the majority of its projects in Amador County and its offices are located at the Historic Chichizola/Cuneo Ranch in Jackson.

Erickson Ranch
After nearly twenty years in process, the Mother Lode Land Trust has finally taken ownership of the Sutter Creek Bypass mitigation property. MLLT has named the property the Erickson Ranch, near Sutter Creek, after one of the past land owners.
Community Farm
Located at 1334 Jackson gate road, the Amador Community farm is hosted at C and C Ranch, which is also home of the Heritage Rose Garden. The site hosts seasonal events such as bonfires, UC Master Gardner plant sale, and a community harvest party. If you are interested in leasing a bed at the garden, please click here.
