This site allows both public access and reservation access.

Named after the Chichizola and Cuneo families who worked on the property since the 1850s, C&C Ranch is approximately 190 acres near the intersection of Jackson Gate Road and China Graveyard Road. The property features open space, oak woodland habitat, and grazing land. It is home to a community garden, a heritage rose garden, a bicycle skills park, and eight historic buildings listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

The bicycle skills park is open daily from dawn to dusk. The heritage rose garden welcomes visitors each Tuesday from 9:30 to 11:30am. You may request an appointment for a garden tour or to explore trails on the ranch. Please contact us using the contact form to request more information.
