Waiver of Liability — Mother Lode Land Trust

WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND EXPRESS ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Participants in recreational or volunteer activities on Mother Lode Land Trust (MLLT) properties agree to take full responsibility for their own safety (or that of a child if they are parents/guardians). Participants agree to obey safety guidelines or directives from MLLT representatives. Participants expressly agree that MLLT shall be free from any and all liability and claims for damages or injuries incurred while participating in activities on MLLT properties. By submitting this form, participants hereby agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MLLT from and against any and all loss, liability, expense, claims, costs, suits, and damages including attorney fees arising out of participation in activities on MLLT properties. Individuals under 18 must provide, to MLLT written permission from a parent/guardian and those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
